Business Analyst Position (19537)

Look for people with PAYMENTS experience.
  • Min. 5 years experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in Business Analysis and/or Product Management capacity
  • Solid background and understanding of Corporate Banking products and services offered within the following areas:
  • Payments (Must)
  • Receivables (Must)
  • Liquidity & Investments (Must)
  • Commercial Cards (Must)
  • Information Services / Master Data Management & Business Intelligence (Must)
  • Trade Services (Nice to have)
  • Securities & Funds Services (Nice to have)
  • Background and knowledge of clients products/capabilities preferred
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills: Clear, Concise, Direct & Timely communication
  • Experience in exhaustive Data Analysis and knowledge of Master Data Management concepts & best practices is a plus
  • Experience in Business Process analysis & Workflow definition is a plus
  • Ability to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - A self starter & quick learner
  • Ability to lead analysis tracks and deliverables to closure through proactive follow-ups and timely reporting
  • Exhaustive analysis of Product Master Data within the Capability Grid
  • Obtain and understand GTS product revenue reporting structure
  • Define and finalize optimal Product Master Data hierarchy through data analysis & revenue reporting structure
  • Define and finalize optimal Product Attributes mapping and Attribute Groups structure
  • Define and finalize Business Rules for Product Master Data cleansing & enrichment for Data Migration
  • Interact with Business Users globally -
  • Understand various Product Master Data usage scenarios
  • Define user experience requirements and detail Use Cases
  • Interact with Product Teams and Region/Cluster/Country Reps globally -
  • Validate Product Master Data hierarchy, Attributes structure and Data Migration business rules
  • Define and finalize Capability Update/Introduction workflows
  • Define Product Master Data never entered into the Capability Grid and related configuration for on-boarding to PDH
  • Interact with PDH Technology team -
  • Review Product Master Data hierarchy, Product Attributes structure and Data Migration Business Rules
  • Define test cases
  • Validate test results
  • Collaborate & define functional solutions for required user-level/process-level enhancements
  • Document User Training material
