Project Nature:

• Providing technical expertise to design most efficient and cost effective solutions for Oracle-based database systems Capacity planning, sizing and designing.
• Extensive experience in database design, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, database backup and recovery, SQL statement tuning, and Unix shell scripting
• Extensive experience in Oracle RAC cluster upgrades from 10g to 11gr2
• Experience in oracle database upgrades and migration.
• Strong experience with database compliance, security, and auditing.
• Strong knowledge in the area of Unix/Linux Serves and various storage.
• Experience in setting up replication solution like Golden Gate.
• Extensive experience with RAC, EMC, SRDF on dedicated and shared cluster environments
• Providing Tier-3 support and subject matter expertise for production databases
• Advanced performance tuning 
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem determination

Computing / Development Environment Details:

• 10+ years Experience as Oracle SME
• Experience in Distributed Database, Backup and Recovery
• Support in a Production Environment RAC and in Golden Gate replication
• Experience in Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure) - CRS management and configuration
• Skilled in Oracle ASM and Dataguard administration
• Expertise in SQL & Database Level performance tuning skills
• Expertise in backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, datapump and export/import.
• Experience on Solaris, Linux and AIX OS including strong shell scripting skills.
• Experience in EMC Storage, BCV, SRDF
• Experience in Public Network, Interconnect network for RAC Environment
• Willingness to work in 24*7
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic & analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills is required.
• Strong initiative and sense of ownership.
• Expertise in complex database upgrades to 11G.
