Project Nature

• Identify, build and manage key relationships across client Global Functions, Operations, and Technology. 
• Direct the integration of multiple works streams and ensure alignment to business goals. 
• Lead the facilitation, coordination and resolution of cross-functional projects within/across teams. 
• Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established norms. 
• Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives.

• Ensure program execution tracking and reporting is in place, using Microsoft Project and PTS-W 
• Ensure portfolio level reporting and tracking are implemented per standards 

Computing/Development Environment

• 7-10+ years of software development experience Program Management /Project Management with Technology delivery experience in Financial Services environment required. Program implementation and delivery management/PMO experience required 
• Ability to create and maintain complex project and program plans is required. 
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative. 
• Ability to craft innovative project management deliverables and techniques to manage strategic programs in a matrixed environment. 
• Ability to effectively manage and influence teams without direct line reporting (matrix type environment). 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives is essential. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions up to senior stakeholder level. 
• Management Consulting experience at a top firm / Big-4 experience preferred 
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project, Visio, MS SharePoint are a must. 
• Bachelor's degree Required; Minimum 5-7 years' experience 
• PMP strongly preferred. Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, SharePoint and HP Quality Center.
