Computing/Development Environment

• 7-10+ years of software development experience Program Management /Project Management with Technology delivery experience in Financial Services environment required. Program implementation and delivery management/PMO experience required 
• Ability to create and maintain complex project and program plans is required. 
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative. 
• Ability to craft innovative project management deliverables and techniques to manage strategic programs in a matrixed environment. 
• Ability to effectively manage and influence teams without direct line reporting (matrix type environment). 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives is essential. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions up to senior stakeholder level. 
• Management Consulting experience at a top firm / Big-4 experience preferred 
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project, Visio, MS SharePoint are a must. 
• Bachelor's degree Required; Minimum 5-7 years' experience 
• PMP strongly preferred. Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, SharePoint and HP Quality Center.

Computing Environment

Business Analyst - SWIFT

Project Nature

• Responsible for operational workflow components throughout including but not limited to, requirements, systems design, testing, integration, deployment and support
• Ability to provide clear business requirements and liaise with the development team to drive the strategic direction of operational processing projects
• Work closely with our Trading and Trade Operations groups as well as external business groups to understand business process, build efficiency and identify gaps
• Ability to manage multiple technology projects throughout the software development lifecycle- including release process, deployment and training when necessary.
• Work with external vendors that are key for product functionality such as Omgeo, Markit, SWIFT and multiple trading venues used by trading teams across asset classes.
• Provide key statistics, project reporting and metrics to senior management
• Participate in industry events, panels and conferences to stay abreast of the market trends

Computing Development

• Bachelors Degree with strong academic performance in economics, finance or technology
• Approximately 5-10 years work experience in a Product Management/Business Analysis role related to Trade and Post Trade business process technical solutions
• Experience working with clients on technology solutions desired
• Strong understanding of financial instruments such as Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Futures, as well as third party platforms and services used for trade execution and post trade processes
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Self starter with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow through and results oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and proven record of delivering within deadlines
• Understanding of messaging protocols helpful such as SWIFT, FIX and FpML
• Technical aptitude required (e.g. SQL)
• Excels at problem solving and has strong analytical skills.
